Services

Summit Digital AI provides websites and AI-assisted lead-capture services. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Billing & cancellation

Setup fees are billed up front. Monthly plans bill monthly and can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

48-hour guarantee

If your website is not live within 48 hours after we receive all required content and approvals, we refund your setup fee.

SMS program terms

Program: Summit Digital AI customer and inquiry messages. By opting in you agree to receive recurring text messages about your inquiry, appointments and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or email hello@summitdigitalai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Ownership

You own your domain and content. Once paid, you own your website's design files.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
